Starting this month, the LG Air Purifier PuriCare mask™ will begin circulating in key regions such as Asia and the Middle East, among others. The latest addition to the company’s comprehensive family of air purification solutions uses high-performance filters and controlled fan sensors to ensure fresh air and optimal breathing comfort anywhere, anytime.
The Air Purifier PuriCare mask uses two H13 HEPA filters similar to the filters used in household appliances for the company’s air purification products, to prevent up to 99.95% harmful airborne substances such as viruses, bacteria and common allergens from entering the respiratory system.
This is possible with Dual Fans and the patented Respiratory Sensor, which allows users to receive clean, filtered air in almost any environment. The Respiratory Sensor detects the user’s breathing cycle and volume and adjusts the two three-speed fans accordingly, automatically accelerating them to help the air enter and slowing down to reduce resistance when exhaled, making breathing better.
Ergonomically designed based on extensive facial shape analysis, the LG Air Purifier PuriCare mask fits comfortably on the user’s face to prevent air leakage around the nose and chin, while also allowing for comfortable application for many hours.

The built-in 820mAh rechargeable battery offers up to eight hours of operation in low mode and two hours at the highest setting. In addition, because basic accessories, such as filters, inner cover, face protector, tires around ears and rubber extension, are easy to remove or replace, the LG Air Purifier PuriCare mask™ is easy to keep clean.
It comes with a PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Case equipped with LG’s UVnano disinfection technology to eliminate 99.99% of harmful germs in just 30 minutes using UV-C LED lighting. The case can also remove moisture caused by the user’s breathing, charge the mask from 0% on full charge in just two hours, and send a notification via the LG ThinQ app (on Android and iOS smartphones) when filters need to be replaced.
