Samsung allows more future upgrades to latest devices

Good news for Samsung mobile users since the company will now allow more future upgrades to latest devices

A major announcement from Samsung was made recently since it now allows more future upgrades to latest devices such as the S10 series. Thus, the extension of upgrade cycles to selected devices will be from 2 to 3. So the Galaxy S20, for example, which comes with Preinstalled Android 10, will accept up to Android 13.

Interestingly, while the announcement initially referred to the company’s flagships (see Galaxy S series, Galaxy Note series, Galaxy Z series, Galaxy Fold series & Galaxy S Tab series) the next announcement extends the range of eligible devices to premium Galaxy A series devices.
