With the latest version MIUI 12.5 will be upgraded several Xiaomi smartphones thus showing a particular consistency of the company in supporting older devices. The Chinese company has revealed that MIUI 12.5 will become available on a further 16 of its devices! Among them are Redmi devices, the Note and K series.

The process is expected to start immediately for devices located in the Chinese market. Usually, one month later, Global versions of the devices follow. Of course, for now, there is no update on whether it is in the company’s plans to upgrade these devices to MIUI13. In any case, if you own one of the above devices, the news is good!
Xiaomi MIUI 12.5 is essentially an improved version of the 12, rather than a brand new Skin, with this new version consuming 22% less resources than the system, while also having a 15% lower burden on battery life.
